This flat iron brand was designed and launched from conception based on industry demand for a niche product. This project included research and development to identifying opportunities and risks, sourcing product/packaging manufacturer’s (testing quality assurance), passing importing regulations, developing product branding and packaging. Establishing a competitive price point was based on negotiated production costs set within a budget, which allowed for profitable marketing campaigns to follow.
